Laithwaites Wines wanted to create a new Wine Shop
within it’s warehouse facilities in Gloucester.
Regency Contractors was chosen to provide the complete build, converting warehouse and office space into a Wine Shop that’s open to the Public.
We created public access doorway where there was previously an exterior wall, created a large interior space, laid new wood flooring and built shelving to displays the huge range of wines.
